Glasgow-based quantity surveyors offering expert project management

At Nascent Construction Consultants, we are proud to be a high quality, flexible quantity surveying firm. From our home in Glasgow, we provide more than just excellent quantity surveying; customers can come to us for all project management services, covering every sector of the construction industry.

Moreover, we specialise in providing unmatched insight on contract advice, procurement advice and feasibility cost advice. Whether you are a private property owner or an institutional investor, we deliver on the relevant, industry-specific advice that you need to keep your project running smoothly.

Our company was formed by Bryan McGhie in 2019, following 20 plus years of experience working in large practices, with the aim to provide a more personal, flexible quantity surveying service to potential clients in Glasgow and beyond. By bringing extensive experience from across all sectors of the construction industry and combining it with the ability to provide an individual and tailored service, allows us at Nascent Construction Consultants to present our clients with a top-quality service in everything from quantity surveying to procurement advice, and bring a "hands on" attitude to all our projects.

Having worked hard to establish our company and after a successful first few years, Claire McGhie joined the company as Administration Director to help streamline the company output. Claire's role and experience allows us to provide a more focused approach to our client’s needs and enables better time management throughout our project management service.

We at Nascent Construction Consultants are going from strength to strength and are continuing to make our mark in the construction industry. If you have a potential use for our services, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
